An estimate from your answers, not a promise. It assumes RevvStay takes over about 80% of the sales manager's prospecting time (they still approve batches and take the calls) and about half of the front desk's group replies (they still check and send each suggested answer), at 4.33 weeks a month. Starting wages are Job Bank medians for Ontario: about $38 an hour for a hotel assistant manager and about $17.50 for a hotel front desk clerk. Bookings and revenue come on top and are never promised.

Your franchise rules are respected

We never use your brand's marks, claim affiliation or touch loyalty-member data. What your flag allows a vendor to do is confirmed with your franchise services contact, and your franchise documents stay private to your hotel.

Your people stay in charge

Your sales manager approves every batch from a phone. Replies go to your desk. You book the room your way and confirm it with one tap so the report counts it.

You see the numbers every Monday

Leads found, emails sent, replies, proposals opened, room nights and revenue your hotel confirmed. If the numbers don't justify the fee, stop any month.

Questions hotels ask.

Does anything get sent without us seeing it?

No. Every batch waits on your Approvals screen, each email shown exactly as the lead will see it. One tap approves; Change edits or removes any email first.

Is this allowed under our franchise?

We confirm what your flag allows a vendor to do with your franchise services contact before anything runs.

How did you work out the hours saved?

From the hours you enter. We assume RevvStay takes over most of the finding and writing, while your people still approve, call and book. Your Monday report shows the real numbers once you're running.

What will you ask us on the call?

Who will tap Approve, whether you have a group or crew rate yet (we help design one if not), your flag, and which three groups to start with.

Who answers when a lead replies?

Your people, with a suggested answer and your rate card.

Where does the data live?

In Canada. No other hotel sees it. We never hold guest card numbers.
